When you compare November 2013 to November 2012 on these charts you’ll find that inventory is down, sales are down and the days that homes sit on the market are down. In our area we saw a trend of increased sales end in November. Although sales were down, inventory was also down. Having fewer options for buyers to choose from could be the reason behind slower sales in November.
